Raw kaolin enters the ceramic-lined ball mill, ground by inert ceramic grinding media to avoid metal pollution. Ground flaky kaolin powder is extracted by airflow and sent into vertical air classifier. Fine qualified flakes pass through the turbine wheel and enter dust collectors as finished products. Oversized agglomerated kaolin is separated and conveyed back to the ball mill for regrinding, forming fully automatic closed-circuit circulation. Adjusting classifier speed can flexibly switch finished kaolin mesh standards.
