Turbo Flash Disintegration & Drying Machine
How It Works
Wet kaolin filter cake with 25%–35% moisture is fed quantitatively into the bottom drying chamber via screw feeder. A high-speed turbo rotor generates strong impact and shear force to break hard wet agglomerates without severely damaging kaolin flakes.
Preheated hot air enters tangentially from the chamber bottom to form spiral swirling fluidized field. Dispersed tiny kaolin flakes fully contact hot airflow, and surface free water evaporates instantly in flash drying mode.
Light, fully dried fine kaolin is lifted upward by airflow to the top grading ring. Qualified loose powder flows out to cyclone and bag collectors. Oversized semi-dry lumps are intercepted by the grading ring, fall back to the bottom turbo disintegration zone for repeated crushing and drying, forming closed-circuit circulation. The whole process runs under micro negative pressure to avoid kaolin dust leakage.
