Air Classifier Mill is an integrated dry-process ultrafine grinding equipment combining impact pulverization and built-in air classification. It is widely used for kaolin and other mineral fillers, featuring adjustable fineness, narrow PSD and strong de-agglomeration. It can be directly connected with modification and packaging equipment to form a complete production line.

How It Works

Technical breakdown of the core processes and technology behind Air Classifier Mill.

Raw material enters the grinding chamber through the feed valve and is crushed by high-speed rotating impact discs under strong impact, shear and collision forces. The airflow carries crushed particles upward to the turbine classifier. Qualified fine powder passes through the classifier and is collected by the cyclone and bag dust collector, while oversized coarse particles are thrown back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding under centrifugal force, forming a closed-circuit continuous grinding cycle.
